Apple blossom, citrus, and hints of pear all define the 2016 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, and it's richer and more concentrated on the palate than the nose would lead you to believe. Pure, elegant and layered, with vibrant acidity, it's a classic southern Rhône white to enjoy over the coming 3-4 years. This cuvée is made from 80% Roussanne and 20% Grenache Blanc, brought up all in tank.
