Château de la Font du Loup Châteauneuf-du-Pape Legend 2020 - red wine

The 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape Legend is dominated by 80% Mourvèdre, and includes 20% Grenache. It is a pretty, floral wine that reveals ripe wild strawberry and raspberry fruit, notes of rose petals, game and Provencal garrigue.
What impressed us during the tasting is that this wine is full of complexity with lots of freshness due to the sandy soil!
It is beautifully made and should have a longevity of 15 years. A real fruit bomb with all the character of Mourvèdre.
