The 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape is an excellent blend of 50% Grenache, 20% each of Syrah and Mourvèdre, and the rest Cinsault and Terret Noir. This classic, medium-bodied, balanced 2020 has loads of black cherry and blackberry fruits, plenty of background garrigue and peppery, meaty nuances, solid mid-palate depth, ripe tannins, and a great finish. This Provençal, flavorful and character-filled 2020 is ideal for drinking over the coming 10-12 years or more.
