Domain : Rotem and Mounir Saouma This is our "no man's land" or in French "terre sans homme". Here man does not intervene. The grapes live one year in jars, without any addition or human intervention, in the permeable clay, not waxed. Followed by a light pressing and bottling... The Inopia cuvée has a majority of grenache and syrah conferring suppleness and character. Aged under wood, it is distinguished by its very subtle woody notes, with hints of red fruit. A great wine full of finesse and elegance.
