Jeb Dunnuck "A massive bouquet of kirsch liqueur, ground pepper, garrigue, orange blossom, and dried earth emerges from the 2018 Châteauneuf Du Pape Amiral G. It's full-bodied, opulent, and incredibly sexy, especially in the vintage. Possessing plenty of ripe tannins, a fleshy, full mid-palate, no hard edges, and a great finish, it's up with the crème de la crème of this vintage. As always, this cuvée is all Grenache that was vinified in concrete tanks and will spend 18 months in demi-muids."
