Founded in 1967 and today led by Christophe and Isabelle Sabon, Domaine de la Janasse has established itself as one of the benchmark estates of Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape. While XXL was historically known as the estate’s biggest and richest wine, its style has evolved toward a remarkable combination of power and elegance. The 2023 perfectly embodies this philosophy, delivering exceptional depth and full-bodied richness while retaining purity, precision and a graceful mouthfeel. Dark berries, peppery garrigue, flowers, liquorice and Asian spices create a spectacular aromatic profile, supported by ripe, polished tannins and an outstanding finish.
