Anne et Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Ganevat La Colline des Dames 2024 est une cuv\u00e9e 100 % Pinot Noir, issue de vignes cultiv\u00e9es en agriculture biologique en Alsace. Les raisins sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9s manuellement, puis vinifi\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re naturelle avec une mac\u00e9ration semi-carbonique \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature (12-14\u00b0C), pr\u00e9servant toute la fra\u00eecheur et la puret\u00e9 aromatique du fruit. L\u2019\u00e9levage en foudres de plusieurs vins affine la texture sans masquer l\u2019identit\u00e9 du c\u00e9page. Mis en bouteille sans collage, ni filtration, ni sulfites ajout\u00e9s, ce vin r\u00e9v\u00e8le une belle expression du Pinot Noir, avec des notes \u00e9clatantes de fruits rouges, de cerise, de framboise et une touche d\u2019\u00e9pices douces.
