Les Jardins de Babylone Demi-Sec 2019 is one of Louis-Benjamin Dagueneau\u2019s most exclusive and prestigious vintages. Produced on the steep slopes of Aubertin, in the heart of Juran\u00e7on, this cuv\u00e9e is made exclusively from biodynamically grown Petit Manseng. The grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness to preserve a remarkable balance between natural richness and freshness. After spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, the wine is aged for at least five years in the estate\u2019s famous large oak casks, specially designed for the domaine, allowing the grape variety\u2019s full complexity to unfold without masking the purity of the fruit. The 2019 vintage offers a masterful expression of Petit Manseng, combining aromatic intensity, depth, and exceptional minerality. Deep golden colour with amber reflections. The nose reveals layers of candied apricot, mango, roasted pineapple, quince, preserved citrus, acacia honey, passion fruit and white flowers alongside delicate spice and mineral notes. The palate is rich, silky and beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity carrying the wine toward an endlessly long, saline and crystalline finish.
