Domaine Giraud M&F 2023 offers a fresh, approachable and fruit-driven expression of the estate. Named after Marie and Fran\u00e7ois Giraud, it comes from vines planted on sandy soils just outside the Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The 2023 is based on 50% Syrah, 40% Cinsault and 10% other varieties. Grapes are harvested by hand, approximately 80% destemmed, followed by three weeks of traditional maceration and ageing in concrete. Les 5 du Vin The emphasis is firmly on juicy fruit and freshness, with black cherry, sour cherry, black olive, myrtle and gentle spices.
