The semi-carbonic maceration at low temperature in tronconic vats, with no added sulfur, fining, or filtration, results in a wine of exceptional purity and delicious drinkability. Its expressive nose reveals red currant, raspberry, and lingonberry aromas, with a light lactic touch from carbonic maceration, adding roundness and charm.
