Anne et Jean-François Ganevat Madelon 2023 is a bright and natural red wine, crafted from a unique blend of 75% Gamay Noir (40-year-old vines in Morgon) and 25% Trousseau and Enfariné Noir, indigenous Jura grapes. The semi-carbonic maceration at low temperature in tronconic vats, with no added sulfur, fining, or filtration, results in a wine of exceptional purity and delicious drinkability. Its expressive nose reveals red currant, raspberry, and lingonberry aromas, with a light lactic touch from carbonic maceration, adding roundness and charm. On the palate, it is lively, juicy, and fresh, with a mineral-driven finish and no tannins, offering pure pleasure and remarkable drinkability.
