Founded in 1978 by Michèle Aubéry-Laurent and her husband Philippe Laurent, the estate has always been guided by a passion for natural winemaking and a deep respect for the land. Today, Michèle and her son Maxime-François continue this tradition, cultivating the vines without pesticides or chemicals and practicing biodynamic methods to encourage vineyard health and vigor.
