Anne et Jean-François Ganevat Côtes du Jura Antide 2020 is an exceptional cuvée, made from 100% Savagnin Vert vines planted in 1933 and grown organically. Sourced from the unique Chalasses terroir, with its blue marl soils, this wine offers minerality and great depth. Hand-harvested at high ripeness and vinified without additives, it undergoes direct pressing and four years of lees aging in demi-muids, in a humid cellar, without topping up. This non-oxidative profile delivers intense aromatics, featuring candied citrus, dried fruits, spices, and saline notes, with an ample, vibrant palate and an impressively long finish.
