With more finesse and elegance than the Chateauneuf du Pape, but still plenty of density and concentration, Lirac 2021 is a sensational wine with a kaleidoscopic array of raspberries, darker cherries, dried flowers, garrigue and spices. Opening up beautifully with time in the glass, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, layered, multidimensional texture, silky tannins and a great finish.
