The 2023 Cuvée Saint Georges comes from a vineyard bordering Châteauneuf-du-Pape, facing south-southeast to ensure ideal ripeness. A blend of grenache, syrah and counoise, it delivers a rich and harmonious texture. Wild berries, forest floor and toasted notes shape a generous, long and expressive profile. A nine-month ageing in new barrels brings roundness and aromatic complexity. This characterful cuvée is best enjoyed between 4 and 8 years and can age gracefully for more than a decade.
