Laurent's 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is the classic blend of 85% Grenache and the balance a split of Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Vaccarèse that wasn’t destemmed and brought up all in large concrete tanks. It offers a pretty, fresh and elegant bouquet of strawberries, sappy flowers and underbrush in a clean, beautifully balanced, elegant style. This is a more streamlined, elegant vintage from this estate and it's best drunk over the coming 8-10 years.
