I loved the 2023 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc, a ripe, round, sexy white loaded with notions of stone fruits, honeyed flowers, toasted brioche, and citrus oil. It's medium to full-bodied, has terrific purity, and a great finish. I don't think it will make old bones, but I'd be thrilled to drink a bottle over the coming 2-3 years. This Cuvée is 80% Clairette and 20% Roussanne, aged all in demi-muids.
