Crafted from old-vine Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grown on stony, clay-rich terraces, this biodynamic wine (Demeter certified) captures the soul of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. With long aging in oak barrels and foudres, it combines depth, finesse, and remarkable aromatic intensity.

The palate is rich and velvety, structured by fine-grained tannins and flavors of cherry, licorice, and chocolate. Aged 15 months in oak, this limited-production wine promises graceful evolution over the next two decades.

Deep garnet color. Expressive nose of violet, prune, sweet spice, and caramel. Silky, dense palate with notes of cherry, licorice, and cocoa. Long, elegant finish with fine tannins and refreshing lift.
