Roc d’Anglade White 2024 comes from a small parcel of Grenache Blanc planted on limestone slopes near Langlade. Extremely low yields and careful vinification bring intensity and precision. Fermentation and ageing in demi-muids on fine lees add depth while preserving freshness. Aromas of citrus, wild fennel and floral notes lead to a long, balanced palate. The finish is mineral and slightly bitter, highlighting the terroir.
