Famille Isabel Ferrando Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2023 is a gastronomic white wine, crafted from two parcels in the Saint Prefert district, on a terroir composed of rolled pebbles, blue clay, gravel, and sand. This blend of 60% Clairette and 40% Roussanne expresses the purity and freshness of its origins through vinification in glass globes and oak foudres. The nose reveals delicate aromas of acacia, linden, and jasmine, complemented by notes of yellow peach and juicy pear. On the palate, the attack is vibrant and saline, leading to great tension and a long, tangy finish.

Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc 2023 is simply excellent. A blend of 70% Clairette and 30% Roussanne aged in a mixture of foudre and small concrete containers, its medium gold hue is followed by a sensational perfume of stone fruit, dried pineapple, white flowers and crushed stone. This medium- to full-bodied white wine features an elegant, layered palate, perfectly integrated acidity and an excellent finish. It's available now, but will benefit from a year or two of bottle age and keep for over a decade. If you get the chance, don't miss this wine! Only 250 cases are produced.
