Les Terres de La Crau 2023 is a parcel-based cuvée from the mythical La Crau plateau, cradle of the great Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. The old Grenache vines, complemented by a touch of Syrah and Cinsault, draw remarkable depth from the rounded pebbles and red clay. Hand-harvesting, long maceration and indigenous yeast fermentation preserve the integrity of the fruit. A patient 20-month ageing in foudre brings texture, balance and a pure expression of terroir.
