Why choose this wine:

Why you'll love it: It perfectly captures the balance between intensity and refinement. Domaine de la Solitude 2024 opens with an expressive bouquet of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, garrigue, and violets. The palate is generous and velvety, supported by a mineral backbone and vibrant freshness. The long, graceful finish highlights the nobility of Grenache and the precision of the winemaking. Already irresistible in its youth, this is a wine with outstanding aging potential.

Produced from vineyards planted half on the famous rounded pebbles and half on sandy safre soils, Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2024 is a blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre, and 5% each of Cinsault and Counoise. The partially destemmed grapes are fermented in concrete tanks, before the wine is aged for 15 months, with 90% in concrete vats and 10% in new French oak barrels.
The bouquet reveals enticing aromas of ripe red and black fruits intertwined with Herbes de Provence, dried flowers, and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is silky, pure, and beautifully balanced, offering layered flavors, refined tannins, and a remarkably long finish. A superb expression of both the estate's signature style and the 2024 vintage, it combines elegance, freshness, and depth in equal measure. Approximately 5,666 cases were produced. Drink from 2025 to 2033.
