The Vinarium® concept
The Vinarium® is a unique innovation developed by Xavier Vignon after years of research.
The concept is simple yet revolutionary: barrels of wine (INTRA) are immersed in a vat filled with wine (EXTRA).
In this completely sealed environment, without oxygen, with 100% humidity and natural pressure, the wine evolves in a totally different way.
The interaction between the two wines creates remarkable aromatic complexity and an entirely new texture.
The naturally produced CO2 acts as a preservative, with no additives.
The result: wines of exceptional purity, combining precision, depth, and true uniqueness.
