Saint Theodoric Chapel
Domaine Chapelle Saint Théodoric offers a sincere and artisanal vision of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Founded by American importer Peter Weygandt in collaboration with Féraud-Brunel, this discreet estate vinifies precious parcels from the Pignan and La Guigasse lieux-dits, rooted in sandy soils reminiscent of the iconic Rayas terroirs. The wines are made exclusively from Grenache, gently aged in demi-muids, with minimal extraction to preserve fruit purity, textural elegance, and aromatic finesse. Chapelle Saint Théodoric stands out for its precision and restraint, crafting rare, balanced, and deeply expressive cuvées. A hidden gem for lovers of refined Grenache, where terroir and winemaking sensitivity speak clearly, without artifice.
