Founded in the 1980s by Jean-Claude Vidal, the estate is now in the hands of his daughter Audrey Vidal, who continues the family philosophy. Faithful to ancestral methods, vinification is carried out in concrete vats using indigenous yeasts, followed by prolonged ageing in old foudres. This meticulous work reveals the full authenticity of the terroir, producing wines that are both powerful and elegant for ageing.
