With air, it continues to gain in richness and depth, and is currently even better aromatically than the pure Rayas. Full-bodied on the palate, with plenty of glycerin and viscosity, this exhilarating and unique Châteauneuf-du-Pape is perfectly balanced, with lovely freshness and a long, classic-style finish.
