Grand Vin 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape Château Sixtine is a blend of 54% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 16% Mourvèdre from a mix of terroirs, aged in a combination of stainless steel, concrete, demi-muids and old barrels. This is an exceptional wine for the vintage, displaying the sunny, straightforward style of the year, while offering generous density and depth. Ripe black cherry, blackberry, roasted herbs, leather and peppery nuances define the aromas. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with a beautiful mid-palate, ripe, polished tannins and a fine finish.
