Exotic tropical fruit, toasted bread, honeysuckle and a few saline nuances reminiscent of aged meat emerge from Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2024, a well-balanced white wine with a fine texture and medium body that really has a lot going for it.
It will shine at the table and should keep for at least 3-5 years.
This cuvée comes exclusively from limestone soils, and is a blend of equal parts Clairette Rose, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc and Roussanne, aged in 20% new barrels and the rest in concrete vats.
