Why choose this wine:

L’Aspre Blanc 2022 is an exceptional cuvée, produced in extremely limited quantities. Its 24-month barrel aging gives it a remarkable structure, combining richness, finesse, and aromatic intensity. Notes of white-fleshed fruit, vanilla, honey, and hazelnut blend into a broad and deep palate. Its great complexity and long finish make it a high-gastronomy wine. A unique white, capable of rivaling the greatest, not to be missed by lovers of rare wines and intense emotions.

A white (90% Grenache blanc, 10% Grenache gris) from a late harvest (2022 harvest on November 03). The vines are 70 years old, and the wine has been aged for 24 months in 300-liter barrels. To release its full potential and admire its orange color, it should be decanted 2 hours before tasting. Its balance of creaminess and freshness (fruity and floral notes) is divine with cheese, preferably blue cheese. Gregory estimates its ageing potential at between 5 and... 25 years!
