Domaine La Terrasse d’Élise GN 2020 is a rare and precious cuvée, meticulously crafted by Xavier Braujou. This 100% Grenache, grown under organic and biodynamic principles, beautifully showcases the richness of its terroir. Following minimal intervention winemaking and 12 months of barrel aging, it reveals a vibrant ruby hue, an aromatic nose blending confit red fruits, garrigue, and smoky nuances, and a silky, supple palate, structured by incredibly fine tannins.
