Based on 70% Roussanne and 30% Bourboulenc and aged nine months in 40% demi-muids with the rest in stainless steel, the 2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc sports a medium gold hue and has a brilliant nose of ripe stone fruits, honeyed flowers, croissant, and blanched almonds. It's medium to full-bodied, with a pure, layered mouthfeel and outstanding length. I'd put this up with the crème de la crème of the vintage, and it will have two decades of longevity. There are roughly 250 cases produced. Drink 2025-2045.
