JuSa is an authentic wine, made from 100% Savagnin grapes grown on Jura terroirs. Hand-harvested from three separate plots, each batch is vinified individually before being aged for 24 months in old 500-liter barrels, with regular topping-up. Following in the footsteps of her mentor, Jean-François Ganevat, Maylis Bernard takes a minimalist approach to winemaking, reflecting her commitment to the authentic expression of terroir and grape variety.
