Why choose this wine:

L'Unique lives up to its name: it offers a unique and captivating interpretation of the great Southern grape varieties. Its atypical blend imparts a distinctive aromatic complexity, combining ripe black fruits, spices, and garrigue. On the palate, its balance between intensity and smoothness makes it particularly accessible and versatile. Aged in concrete vats, it preserves the purity of the fruit while refining its silky texture. Ideal for pairing with Mediterranean cuisine or grilled dishes, it is a delightful wine to enjoy now. A true discovery for lovers of authentic and expressive cuvées.

Based on a blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, completed by Cinsault, Marselan, and Merlot, the 2023 Vin de France L’Unique was vinified in concrete tanks and then aged for six months in wooden tronconique vats. A beautiful expression, it reveals notes of stewed cherry, hints of raspberry, peppery herbs, and an abundance of Provençal spices. Medium-bodied, the palate is round and harmonious, with a silky texture, velvety tannins, and a very fine finish. A remarkable house red or an ideal by-the-glass wine to enjoy over the next 2 to 4 years. Drink between 2025 and 2029.
