Direct pressing of whole bunches preserves the finesse of the aromas, while natural fermentation, completed in the bottle, produces a delicate, integrated bubble. Aging on laths for 13 months refines texture and complexity, without weighing the wine down. Micro-dosed in sulfur, unfined and unfiltered, it offers a sincere, fresh and digestible expression. Ideal as an aperitif or for a light, convivial meal.
Fresh aromas of lemon, citrus zest and white flowers, followed by a lively palate with fine bubbles, bright acidity, good balance and a clean, refreshing finish.
