Vinified and aged for six months in stainless steel tanks, it expresses the full freshness and liveliness of its terroir. Its delicate and airy nose reveals notes of hawthorn blossom, acacia, and citrus. On the palate, the texture is generous and vibrant, combining lemon zest, gentian, and a subtle aniseed note on the finish.
