"JuPi" is a pure Pinot Noir from the Jura region, certified organic. The winemaking method includes a three-week semi-carbonic maceration with no cap manipulation (known as the "infusion" method). It is then aged for a year in wooden casks. No fining, filtration or addition of sulfur is carried out. The "JuPi" 2022 vintage presents a Pinot Noir characterized by crisp fruit and floral abundance. As it evolves, notes of pepper and camphor emerge, adding freshness. On the palate, it is distinguished by its finesse and energy, with crisp tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now and over the next 5 years, offering an evolving and rewarding taste experience.
