Producers of white and red wines from certified organic (ECOCERT) and biodynamic agriculture, as it is essential for this estate to preserve and respect as much as possible the life and balance of the terroirs and vines.

He strives to obtain the best quality grapes so as to intervene as little and as well as possible during vinification and ageing.

The result is a wide and varied range of cuvées carefully crafted with the utmost respect for grape varieties and terroirs. Complex, elegant wines combining aromatic power and finesse.

Grape varieties : 70% mourvèdre 20% grenache 10% syrah

Age of vines 60-80 years old

Terroir : rolled pebbles and clay

Destemming : The bunches are partially destemmed.

Yield : 20 hl

Aging : demi-muids and foudre for 24 months

Grape varieties : 90% Grenache 10% Mixture of old varieties

Age of the vines Centenarians

Terroir : sandy

Destemming : The bunches are partially destemmed.

Yield : 20 hl

Ageing : 100% in concrete vats for 18 months

Grape varieties : 13 grape varieties traditionally used in the appellation: 38% Grenache with Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Clairette, Vaccarèse, Bourboulenc, Roussanne, Counoise, Muscardin, Picpoul, Picardan, Terret noir.

Age of vines 60-80 years old

Terroir : rolled pebbles, clay, sand

Destemming : All bunches are destemmed

Yield : 25 hl

Ageing : 12 months in
