Anne et Jean-François Ganevat Rotagamete 2023 is a unique and lively cuvée, crafted from a blend dominated by Gamay (70%), complemented by rare indigenous varieties such as Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Isabelle, and Enfariné. Hand-harvested, the grapes undergo whole-cluster fermentation with semi-carbonic maceration, enhancing juiciness and depth. Aged for 24 months in foudres, this wine achieves remarkable balance and silky texture. The precise and explosive nose reveals wild strawberry, white pepper, cedar, and vibrant red fruits. On the palate, impressive amplitude unfolds bright acidity, herbal notes, and incredible energy, making this cuvée both complex and irresistibly drinkable.
