Hand-harvested, the grapes undergo whole-cluster fermentation with semi-carbonic maceration, enhancing juiciness and depth. Aged for 24 months in foudres, this wine achieves remarkable balance and silky texture. The precise and explosive nose reveals wild strawberry, white pepper, cedar, and vibrant red fruits.
