With Les Jardins de Babylone, Louis-Benjamin Dagueneau transposes his demanding Loire style to the Jurançon terroir. On this vertiginous natural cirque of clay-limestone soils, the Petit Manseng expresses a rare tension. The dry 2020 reveals aromas of citrus, exotic fruit, white flowers and wet stone. The palate is vibrant, chiselled, with a long, saline finish. A great white wine with inimitable mineral charm.
