Their white doesn't get the attention it deserves, which is a shame because it's one of Provence's finest. A blend mainly of Marsanne and Roussanne, with small amounts of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Chardonnay, Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Alpilles Blanc 2023 presents a deep, reductive style with aromas of orchard fruit, crushed stone, pyritic minerality and charcoal. Magnificently concentrated, with a dense mid-palate and integrated acidity, it is seamless, superbly balanced and offers a long finish. Let the bottles age for 2-3 years and enjoy them over the next decade or more.
