La Cuvée du Papet is the iconic top wine of Clos du Mont-Olivet, produced only in exceptional vintages. The 2023 vintage combines depth, balance and brightness, thanks to a growing season marked by heat but tempered by timely rainfall and the cleansing effect of the Mistral. Sourced from very old Grenache vines with Mourvèdre and Syrah, on sandy parcels of La Crau, Montalivet and Bois Dauphin, the wine captures the pure finesse and mineral resonance of great Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroirs.
