Highly complex and discreetly aromatic, this wine expresses itself with restraint and precision. In its early years, the nose presents a marked mineral framework, carried by fresh citrus notes and a sensation of crystalline purity. After one or two years' cellaring, the profile gains in complexity: vine peach and pear structure the first nose. With aeration, the bouquet gains in depth, revealing exotic aromas of ripe mango, accompanied by fine floral notes of jasmine and rose. The finish is highlighted by a smoky, flinty expression, evoking gunflint, the signature of a terroir with a strong mineral identity.
