Xavier Vignon Extra Blanc is a non-vintage cuvée crafted from Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Picpoul. Sourced from high-altitude limestone and clay soils, it undergoes a long fermentation followed by a unique ageing process in the Vinarium®, a wooden conical vat where barrels are immersed. This innovative method enhances aromatic complexity while preserving freshness. The wine reveals notes of pear, honey, toasted bread and subtle oak nuances. The palate is fresh, balanced and precise, with vibrant acidity and a long citrus-driven finish. A distinctive Rhône white with ageing potential.
