Quality and environment are the cornerstones of this business!
One of their proudest achievements is to have recreated sustainable ecosystems in the vineyards, which have proved remarkably resilient to extraordinary events such as those of September 2002 (flooding following rainfall of 600 mm in two days, or the heatwave of summer 2003).
Our research into the natural balance of the different terroirs provides the vines with natural defenses against the aggressions of insects, fungi, bacteria or climatic excesses.

Grape varieties: Grenache 90% Mourvèdre 4% Syrah 4% Counoise 1% Vaccarese 1%
Age of vines: 50 years
Terroir: siliceous clay on rolled pebbles.
Destemming: All bunches are destemmed.
Yield: 30 hl/ha
Aging: 20% in used barrels, 80% in stainless steel tanks

Terroir: siliceous clay with rolled pebbles
Destemming: All bunches are destemmed.
Yield: 30 hl
Aging : 20% in barrels and 80% in stainless steel tanks
