Why choose this wine:

L'Hermitage de Graillot 2021, the jewel of Domaine Alain Graillot, seduces with its finesse and refinement. This vintage reveals a rich aromatic palette, blending ripe blackcurrant, leather notes and subtle hints of tobacco. Its silky texture and long finish make it an exceptional wine, perfect for special occasions or extended cellaring.

The flagship of the range, Hermitage 2021, was vinified in stainless steel and aged in 15% new barrels, including 10% in concrete eggs. It has a Côte Rôtie-like elegance and fragrant aromas of red and blue fruits, peppery herbs, smoke and mentholated herbs. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, with fine-grained tannins, it has solid depth and underlying structure, and warrants 4-5 years of bottle age. It deserves to age in bottle for 4 to 5 years.
