Alain Graillot Hermitage 2021 is a pure and authentic expression of the Hermitage terroir, where Syrah reveals its complexity and intensity. This vintage offers an enchanting nose with blackcurrant, blackberry, black pepper, and violet notes, alongside a subtle smoky touch. On the palate, the structure is both powerful and silky, with perfectly integrated tannins and a fresh acidity that balances the wine beautifully. Its careful aging in barrels enhances length and remarkable aging potential.

Pourquoi Choisir ce Vin :
The flagship of the range, Hermitage 2021, was vinified in stainless steel and aged in 15% new barrels, including 10% in concrete eggs. It has a Côte Rôtie-like elegance and fragrant aromas of red and blue fruits, peppery herbs, smoke and mentholated herbs. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, with fine-grained tannins, it has solid depth and underlying structure, and warrants 4-5 years of bottle age. It deserves to age in bottle for 4 to 5 years.
