Anne et Jean-François Ganevat Sul’ Q Blanc is a truly unique micro-cuvée, produced in extremely limited quantities and bottled in 37.5 cl format. Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, this wine undergoes five months of straw drying (passerillage), concentrating its sugars and aromas. Following a gentle pressing, it is aged for six years in multi-vintage barrels, with no added sulfur, no fining, and no filtration. The nose bursts with intense aromas of apricot, fig, and quince, while the palate is dense and syrupy, yet beautifully fresh and long, with a subtle spicy touch.
