Its aromas stand out with notes of ripe citrus, lychee, crushed stone, and mint. It offers a medium to full body, superb balance, bright acidity, and a beautiful finish. As always, it is composed equally of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Bourboulenc, with blocked malolactic fermentation and aging primarily in old Burgundy barrels.
