As for the two best cuvées, the Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée Chaupin 2022 (100% Grenache fermented with 50% stalks and aged in foudre and demi-muids) is frank and sexy, with classic notes of wild strawberry and kirsch, as well as Provençal herbs, licorice and spring flowers. It's pretty, medium to full-bodied, with fine, integrated tannins and remarkable length.
