Domaine Giraud Chateauneuf du Pape Les Gallimardes 2022

Made entirely from Grenache from a large lieu-dit in the southern part of the appellation, Châteauneuf Du Pape Les Gallimardes 2022 has a ripe, sexy perfume of black raspberry and kirsch liqueur, as well as a crushed-stone-like minerality. It's medium- to full-bodied, with many nuances of herbes de Provence, pepper and garrigue, fine but solid tannins, and exceptional length. It's a graceful, balanced and elegant expression of this terroir.
