Made from 70% Roussanne and 30% Bourboulenc, aged for nine months with 40% in demi-muids and the remainder in stainless steel tanks, the 2025 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc displays a medium-gold hue and a bright bouquet of ripe stone fruits, honeyed flowers, croissant and blanched almonds. Medium- to full-bodied, it offers a pure, complex palate and exceptional length. I would rank it among the very best wines of the vintage, and it should age gracefully for two decades. Around 250 cases were produced. Drink from 2025 to 2045.
