Composed of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah and Mourvèdre, with the remainder made up of Cinsault and Muscardin, the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Vieilles Vignes 2020 was partially destemmed and aged entirely in concrete tanks. Sourced from the limestone soils of the lieu-dit Le Grand Deves, this cuvée reveals a bright ruby color along with an expressive bouquet of ripe strawberries, rose petals, fresh flowers and subtle spicy notes. The 2020 vintage, both elegant and structured, offers beautiful fruit ripeness, a silky texture and fine tannins, supported by a remarkable length on the palate. It stands in a refined yet complete style, combining immediate charm with excellent ageing potential. Best enjoyed over the next 8 to 10 years.
